15 hour, part-time, free nursery entitlement for 3 and 4 yr olds
You can apply for a place at the Nursery after your child is 2 years old for a 3-year-old place, pick up an application pack from the centre or download our application nursery application and send it to office@portmancentre.co.uk. We allocate places on the basis of children meeting the City of Westminster Council’s school admission policy, rather than how long they have been waiting.

Free Early Education for 2-Year-Olds
- Funded 15 hour, part-time places require an application to be made online when your child is over 20 months old, follow the link 2 year old application to check eligibility and how to apply.
- Funded 15hour, part-time places for children with support needs. In these circumstances, please ask your Social Worker or Health Visitor to contact the leadership team at the nursery – applications must be received from a professional working with you and your family.

Funded 30 hrs nursery places for 3 and 4 yr olds
